Company Policies

14-01 - Returns policy - All claims for adjustments/returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of materials. NEP accepts return for credit or replacement when associated with an authorized RMA# issued by NEP Electronics, Inc.

14-02 - Quotes policy – Quotes are good for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified in written form on the quotation.

14-03 - Terms policy – Orders are shipped net 30 days upon credit approval.
C.O.D. and C.I.A. terms are available.

14-04 - Copy of Certificate of Compliance – Certificates of compliance are issued upon request.
Certificate of compliance These materials and/or parts were produced in conformance with all contractually applicable government and/or commercial specifications as referenced in or furnished with stated purchase order. Test reports and/or certificates of conformance are on file subject to examination and indicating conformance with applicable government specifications and requirements.

14-04 - Shipping Policy – Orders are shipped FOB shipping point from our Wood Dale, IL and Franklin, WI facility. Delivery is available. Contact your sales person for details.
