1977
Bill Federighi and Tom Lotus started their own distribution company, NEP Electronics establishing their first office in Chicago, Illinois.
1978
NEP's journey into value add manufacturing began while servicing a customer in the gaming/coin-op industry.
1988
NEP moved into a 35,000 sq ft. facility in Wood Dale, Illinois. This expansion provided the company with ample space to optimize distribution and the capacity to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
2006
To accommodate continued growth, NEP Wisconsin moved to Franklin, Wisconsin. This move allowed for increased warehouse space as well as room for expanded manufacturing capabilities.
2009
NEP grew its manufacturing capabilities by acquiring a 40,000-square-foot facility next to the headquarters, enabling the integration of more high-speed equipment, and allowing for more complex and large-scale projects.
2015
NEP expanded its customer service footprint by establishing a office and warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.
