Can I get a better price on my project?

While we advertise our most competitive pricing publicly, the unique nature of each project allows for potential cost optimization.

How do I submit a quote request and what is the quoting process?

  1. Quote Request Submission : Simply provide us with your project details, including specifications, drawings, and any relevant information. Please click here to submit a quote.
  2. Design Review and Pricing: Upon receiving your request, our quoting team will meticulously review your project specifications to ensure the functionality and feasibility of your desired print. Simultaneously, our purchasing team will begin researching and expediting the necessary components.
  3. First Article and Golden Sample: To guarantee the highest quality and adherence to your specifications, NEP builds two initial units: the First Article and the Golden Sample. The First Article gets sent to you to confirm the build is what you intended. Once you approve the First Article, we retain the Golden Sample as the benchmark for all subsequent production units. This Golden Sample ensures consistency and exact replication during full-scale production. Throughout the manufacturing process, NEP implements stringent quality control measures to guarantee every unit meets the same high standards as the Golden Sample.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

At NEP, we understand that project requirements can vary greatly. We don't enforce a strict minimum order quantity. However, it's important to consider that smaller orders may be subject to higher per-unit costs due to setup and processing requirements.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your value-added wire assemblies will be shipped directly from our facility in Wood Dale, Illinois. For efficient inventory management, we maintain warehouses across the continental USA to store various electronic components.
